    Potain fleet helps construct large-scale housing development in Tampa

    Eight Potain tower cranes are busy at work in downtown Tampa, Florida, where an entirely new neighborhood is being built from the ground up. The project, called Water Street Tampa, is a nine million square foot mixed-use residential and retail development that will connect residents and visitors to area mainstays such as the Tampa Convention Center and The Florida Aquarium. Once completed, it will nearly double the number of housing units in the neighborhood.

    Stirnimann debuts three Potain Hup C 40-30 cranes on Swiss railway project

    The first Potain Hup C 40-30 crawler mounted self-erecting cranes have been deployed on a job site in Switzerland. Construction equipment supplier and longstanding customer Stirnimann AG has supplied three cranes to contractor Implenia for the construction of a 1.2 km rail flyover at Renens VD station, close to Lausanne.

    Davis Company leads Potain innovation once again with the first Hup M 28-22 self-erecting tower crane in North America

    Davis Company, a general contractor in fast-growing Reno, Nevada, has purchased the first Potain Hup M 28-22 self-erecting tower crane in North America, once again leading the country in the adoption of new technology and innovation in self-erecting tower cranes. The company first invested in a Potain in 2005, when it purchased the first Igo MA 21 in North America. A decade and a half later, the 2 USt capacity, 85.3 ft jib radius crane continues to work consistently on job sites throughout Nevada and California, the two states the company operates in since 1971.

    Manta enjoys success with two Potain MCT 565 topless cranes in Singapore

    Manta Equipment received two brand new Potain MCT 565 M25 topless cranes in Singapore and recorded immediate success with both. Hock Guan Cheong Builder purchased the first from the company and is using it for residential construction projects, while BHCC Construction is renting the second one for use on housing projects.
