Manitowoc Crane Care has Service Reliability Engineers available to evaluate damages to major structures and components on Manitowoc products. The evaluation will determine if the part can be repaired sufficiently to maintain its original structural integrity, while keeping the original operating parameters of the machine.

Once it has been determined that a successful repair can be made, one of the Service Reliability Engineers will develop a step-by-step procedure on how to perform the repair along with a list of the required parts. If the repair is completed per the instructions and all welding is performed by a certified welder, Manitowoc will stand behind the design of the repair.

To help expedite the process, it is important to have all the necessary details and pictures of the repair requested. The Structural Repair Request form can be used to collect all the required data and measurements required to complete the evaluation.
