Manitowoc offers basic training at your location when you have a new operator for your crane. Although the crane owner is responsible for assuring proper training on the particular cranes that they are running, our technicians will familiarise your operator with the basic features.
When your mechanic is available, our technicians can give an overview on basic maintenance. Detailed requirements and procedures are outlined in the maintenance manual that came with your crane, based on the number of hours operated. Additional manuals may be purchased.
We can monitor your maintenance needs through CraneSTAR, our wireless crane management system, and provide service on-site whenever it is required. This service includes dedicated technicians, the availability of exchange parts on-site, refresher training for new operators and all the preventive maintenance services required by Manitowoc.
